About Us

Jen Wu

An auditor turned management consultant turned holistic healing practitioner, Jen was on a relentless quest to find her calling. She realized that external changes, like getting a new job or moving to a new city could not fulfill her. Instead, she needed to dig deeper within herself. Through her journey, she also learned the importance of passion, patience, and practice.

With 15 years of professional experience and leadership roles across various industries, Jen has developed a multifaceted skill set. She aims to weave these versatile skills into the program and help individuals navigate the ever-changing environment.

Jen has been on a spiritual journey for most of her life and has practiced meditation since childhood. Her “meditation” practice has evolved over the years. When she has moments of solitude, she focuses on releasing tensions in the body, calming the nervous system, and addressing related emotions.

Currently, Jen is deepening her knowledge of herbalism and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and plans to continue integrating these ancient wisdoms into her practice. An avid lover of the outdoors, she enjoys biking, hiking, growing and tasting herbs, and connecting with nature whenever possible. She also enjoys arts and crafts.

Jen holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Bentley University.

Jerry Wu

At an early age, Jerry felt an inexplicable yet fierce emptiness, feeling something was missing, "there must be more to it." This burning request compelled him to embark on a spiritual journey.

Over the course of thirty years, Jerry has passionately immersed myself in a wide range of spiritual studies, ancient to modern, Eastern and Western, especially with Buddhism and Chan/Zen. The journey has also taken him deep into neuroscience, clinical psychology, philosophy, and various domains—all in the quest of unraveling the mysteries of life.

With extensive experience in meditation, self-hypnosis, and Qi/Energy work, Jerry has dedicated years to relentless self-autolysis and undergoing a profound transformation. He can proudly say that he has done the homework, walked the path, crossed the finish line, and returned to the natural state. The journey has equipped him with valuable insights into healing and awakening, which he is keen to share.

Author of a transformational journey in the book The Heart So Close Yet So Far: Healing to Awakening (in Chinese, English translation in progress).

Jerry graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles, with a degree in Electrical Engineering and worked as a software engineer.
