We are a sibling duo, Jen and Jerry, who began our spiritual journey at a very young age, driven by unfulfilling and unsettling feelings. The agonizing emptiness and burning urge to know about ourselves and the so-called reality. We dedicated years to ruthless self-autolysis and self-inquiry, which ultimately led to profound transformations.
Over the course of more than two decades, Jerry immersed himself in a wide array of spiritual studies, from ancient to modern teachings and philosophies, to Western and Eastern studies, with a particular focus on Buddhism and Zen (Chan 禪). Additionally, he explored a wide range of scientific fields, including neuroscience, clinical psychology, natural and social sciences.
With extensive experience and knowledge in meditation, self-hypnosis, and various healing tools. We are excited to share the insights we've gained throughout our journeys, and help others to find their freedom and inner peace.
