Life can be complex and overwhelming, but through writing, we untangle things one paragraph at a time. We unwind the complexity and discover simple solutions by transcribing troubling feelings into words.
In this session, we will introduce eye movement exercise to release undesireable emotions and feelings. Participants will have some quiet time to reflect and write down emotions or feelings that they would like to let go, then we will practice the eye movement technique to release emotions. Participants are encouraged to share and learn from the collective wisdom.
This event offers an opportunity to engage in self-discovery, growth, and connection with like-minded individuals. Bring your favorite journal and pen, and let's explore our thoughts and emotions together. Whether you're a seasoned journaler or just starting out, everyone is welcome!
